NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Local Agency Formation Commission of Colusa County will hold a public hearing on the following item: Consideration of a Sphere of Influence Update and Municipal Service Review for the Reclamation District 108, Reclamation District 479, Reclamation District 1004, Reclamation District 2047, Sacramento River Westside Levee District, Cortina Creek Flood Control and Floodwater Conservation District, Knights Landing Ridge Drainage District, Colusa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, LAFCO is charged with applying the policies and provisions of the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act to its determinations regarding Municipal Service Reviews. LAFCO is required to conduct a Municipal Service Review consistent with the policies and procedures of LAFCO of Colusa County and the LAFCO Act. The Draft Municipal Service Review/Sphere of Influence update will be available for review at the Colusa County Clerk’s office located at 546 Jay Street in Colusa. California, and the LAFCO website www.colusacountylafco.org five (5) days prior to the hearing.
