COLUSA LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the Local Agency Formation Commission that a public hearing will be held on April 1st 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in the Colusa County Board of Supervisor’s Chambers 546 Jay Street, Colusa, California, regarding the following: Proposed 2010-2010 LAFCO Budget. The Commission will consider the proposed 2010-2011 budget to make an initial determination thereon by the Commission. Any person may be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item from the budget or for the inclusion of additional items. The proposed budget documents will be available for review on the Colusa LAFCO webpage on or after March 26, 2010 at the County Clerk’s Office 546 Jay Street, Colusa, CA. Persons may attend and be heard at the time and place of the hearing. If you challenge the action of the Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Colusa County Local Agency Formation Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
